Returns Policy

With the exception of kits, most items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, minus shipping costs. If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, etc.), we'll also pay the return shipping costs and refund the original shipping costs.
Kits are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee due to the labor involved in checking the kit contents. Kits must be returned in re-sellable condition, and any items that are deemed non-sellable will be deducted from the refund. 
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (5 to 10 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via email of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items:
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and send your item to the following address:

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will typically be rounded up to the next full pound.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item that is not defective or damaged. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
